I strongly recommend AGAINST using this company to service your printer. There are much better companies out there. This company is grossly understaffed and makes promises that it does not keep. My entire copy/scan system went down in my firm, they had one (count them, ONE) person in the entire company who could handle the problem, and I was promised by the manager that this person would show up. He didn't show, and when I called the manager the next day to ask why no one had showed up or even called me, he would not even let me speak, let alone take responsibility for having made a promise he did not keep. I fired them on the spot. In my opnion, if you're looking for a company to competently and professionally handle your copying and scanning needs, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I can't complain about the service other than it was more often than I would have liked to have needed them to come out. Anyhow, I have to share a very honest concern with doing business with this company. Forward Thinking took very good care of me for 5 years, however my pricing started to increase over time, I guess that's to be expected, but when I canceled my service back in May. I continued to get billed for the next 3 months for the billable copies on my meter. HUGE PROBLEM! My service had been canceled and my printer was unplugged and never used! When I called to have them explain their phony meter readings, with a grave concern I needed a very good explanation, they failed to produce one. So, my guess, they likely falsified my meter reading and padded my bill for the last 5 years. No way to prove this but given they provided both meter readings for print on my last 3 invoices when the device was UNPLUGGED!!!....pretty sleazy to me. As a business owner, I feel the honest need to let people know the dealings of this company.

After finding out how difficult it is to get a copier service without signing a 5 year contract, paying a $200 set up fee and $250 a month , I was ready to give up. i then received a call from Josh! He made it so much easier and they are very reasonable and honest! The delivery guys were awesome too and very knowledgeable and patient since this is the first time I have needed a large industrial type copier so I had no knowledge of how they worked. The machine is awesome!! So much faster and makes me way more efficient in my business!! I highly recommend this company!! They were not pushy or rude and they don't expect you to pay 15K for a copier that you don't even own after paying those ridiculous fees!! THANK YOU JOSH!! You are a lifesaver and I will make sure I tell anyone I can about you and your company!
