I'm the owner of a new dispensary in Grand Junction, CO. Flowhub has gone above and beyond to help me when needed, and their customer service is outstanding. Furthermore, their software has been outstanding, and when there is confusion in the learning process, they are quick to get it sorted for us. It's a huge decision deciding who is the right POS provider for a cannabis store, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. We just had to switch POS systems for our dispensaries and the customer service I received from top to bottom was highly professional, timely, and helpful. Rarely nowadays does good customer service come off a genuine, but these guys manage it. Especially, wanted to thank Ian, Ethan, Nate, and Makayla. Without their efforts we could not have met our target date for the switch, and we are very grateful.

use other pos systems they offer no support or any boarding help

I did reach out they did nothing not even credit for something I paid for and never got provide like the on boarding team was useless and called meetings after 10 minutes into them , look forward to finding a better company with better support from a pos that crashes all the time

We just upgraded to Maui and it has been miles better than Classic. The backend is amazing and very user friendly. The POS is clean and all in one place now. I recommend if you are looking for a user friendly POS system in the cannabis space. Also need to mention that Ian is probably the most dedicated and helpful person I have dealt with there. Support from him was unbelievable.

The Good:
-Decent system that is somewhat user friendly.

The Bad:
-Terrible real-time customer service options.
-Rubbish pricing. One size does not fit all... Charging small mountain stores with limited sales the same as the big box stores with umpteen POS terminals that do $millions per month in sales is unrealistic in this crashing economy. Nearly $500/ month might as well be extortion for how little support we actually get on an out-of-box software system.
-Forced us to change our plan to Maui (not the big issue, but...), now I can't even log into Flowhub classic outside the store anymore. Called for help but was hung up on numerous times by the unhelpful automated answering system during business hours. No link or info on their website. No option to speak with a real human. If you are considering Flowhub, you will lose money when you have an issue in real time. We definitely have...

This company is not all bad, I have had a few caring professionals who represent this company work with us in a positive manner. I cannot recommend this product in good conscious though. Sorry Flowhub, we are taking our business elsewhere unless you can offer a better price and customer service.
