Terrible Customer Experience! Spend your money elsewhere. I had been a client of Floify for 5+ years. At one point in time I had multiple users on my account for employees and then I removed those accounts from my Floify once they no longer worked for me. About 8 months later I realized that Floify was still charging me for 3 accounts when it was only me on the account. Before calling floify to address this issue I checked my billing to make sure that I had deleted the extra accounts, and I had.

So I called them to ask about it and the answer that I got is that I was supposed to send an additional email to support after deleting them within the system to remove them from billing. I then figured that they could see that those "accounts" hadn't been logged in for months. Their answer was that they don't issue refunds once charged.

So, I decided I would give them one last chance to make a happy client of OVER 5 YEARS, I sent them an email to address my concern one last time, and their response was literally a blank message and they closed the support ticket(See attached photo). AKA They did not give a damn.

So I'm taking my business elsewhere there are plenty of other tools out there that are better and more cost effective. Lendingpad being one of them, or United Wholesale Mortgage has a free tool called Blink when you have an account with them as an originator. Steer clear of Floify!
