Have used for 3+ years, this is a great solution for fleet. We also use for daily pre-trip inspections, training forms, etc. Ability to pull reports and track compliance is great!

Difficult to work with as a business partner. Allows select business partners to break the rules and report inspections via their own app, while this should be a closed part of the API - which causes unfair competition. Even when provided detailed evidence, won’t investigate or follow up.

Edit after reply: this is not true and I have proof - which I shared with Fleetio via email and nothing was done about it.

Very unreliable and difficult to use. It will time out in the middle of an inspection causing user to start at the beginning. Has happened to me more than 5 times

A hold you hostage company. Caveat Emptor…buyer beware. This company will hold you hostage for 90 days if you decide their service is not worth the expense. They have no real infrastructure expense if you drop from one month to another, it’s a “gotcha” clause to extrapolate more cash from you after the time you are dissatisfied with their service offering.

If you don’t like my service you are free to go and I am grateful for your business. Fleetio…you want to leave, pay up or we send you legal notices and disregard the relationship they had with you over the years replacing service with legal violence.

Note. They only answer negative comments never thank customers for their positive feedback. Poor corporate culture of gratitude for your business. My original rep left in disgust over the arrogant culture of Fleetio.

Become customer centric and if you’re not delivering then let clients go, no financial hostage when it’s a digital product that costs you nothing to release.

Service was okay. However, I've been trying to cancel the service for a week and it's been incredibly hard to get a hold of them. Customer service would answer 1 in every 20 phone calls. Emails would go days without answered. Then on a Sunday my service gets renewed. The following Monday I finally get a hold of customer service they get my account canceled but they wont refund the yearly subscription fee. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
