First & foremost, Dennis is the man! When it comes all things PC related, his attention to detail when handling my PC, coupled with his willingness to walk me through each step of his process really speaks volumes to his years of experience and knowledge of tech. Even pointed out possible future issues to look out for with my system (which I’m sure most shops would not bother to mention lol). Professional-grade service and a pleasure to talk to, I appreciate his help & I’m sure his current and future customers will say the same!

I am beyond impressed with the service we received from Dennis. Our son‘s computer was in desperate need of repair and Dennis came to the rescue the same day we called. I recently took my computer to Dennis, and I was super impressed! He was awesome! He squeezed me in on short notice on a weekend night, and you could tell he really cared about getting me back up and running ASAP.

He went far and beyond what I was expecting. He knew his stuff and paid close attention to detail. Saved me hours of stress and money trying to troubleshoot it myself. Not only did he fix my PC fast, but he also optimized it to run at its best—all for a really affordable price!

Came in desperate to get my PC working again, after PSU burnt out from what I assume was a power surge. Dennis's shop isn't even really a shop, in terms of looks, but he sure as heck makes up for it with his expertise. He's a really nice dude too, took me in without an appointment (I had no idea it was supposed to be appointment only) because someone else missed out on theirs.

Got my PC back up and running with a new PSU in just an hour. Went above and beyond, giving me a better PSU than the one I originally had, and also had a surge protector on hand when I asked for one. Fixed the LED issues I'd been having even though I hadn't come in for that in particular (I didn't even know my liquid cooler had lights!), and even updated my BIOS and firmware that I didn't know was 2 years outdated.

Very fair pricing; approximate market value for replacement parts, and $150 for diagnosis might seem expensive but was well worth it with how well he knows his stuff.

Only thing bad is that there's no sign or lights out front, so I accidentally missed my turn like 2 times.

I needed someone to help my elderly parents so they could unlock and use their PC after moving to assisted living since I'm not in the same state. Dennis went over the same day I called and had them back on their computer quickly. He set it up so they had shortcuts and ease if use. Communication, even out of state, was amazing. Super helpful!!

Dennis was able to repair something that I thought was unrepairable. I managed to fry most of computer parts and was really at my limit because I make my livelihood off that thing as an artist. But he fixed it up and replaced all the parts in under 2 hours. He was very friendly and fun to talk to, I’m very glad I decided to go here instead of a repair shop! It felt like going over to a family member’s to get some help when you really needed it. I’m super happy with the results and definitely recommend him!
