Eugene and FIKS Consultants truly did an outstanding AV job as part of our high end condo gut renovation project. They installed a Lutron audio system in our duplex, lighting and automated window treatments. From day one, Eugene was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. No problem big or small was beyond their expertise. Everything was done perfectly to the t, on time and the final product delivered was beyond our expectations. Everything worked perfectly and as advertised. Eugene’s entire team and especially Romel are true professionals and experts of their craft. Without exagerration, out of multiple subcontractors on our project, they were the most reliable and professional. If you are looking for a real expert in home automation solutions, I would not waste time looking further. I give my highest recommendation to Eugene and his team and can not say enough great things about them. Our utmost satisfaction with the whole process of working with him is a true testament.

Highly recommend Eugene and his team based on his install of:

-Savant shades
-Ruckus Wifi system
-UniFi cameras system with cloud storage
-Wired Ring doorbell

The most professional team we've dealt with over years. Pricing is fair especially considering quality of product, reliability of service, and convenience in the whole process.

We did experience some inconsistency with the cloud system. When troubleshooting didn't work, Eugene offer to upgrade the entire system since it was under warranty with extra storage capacity and higher definition cameras!

Kudos to the team for their kindness. We invited friends over and the kids pulled down the savant shade system while playing freeze tag. Eugene's team was there that week to remount free of charge.

Working with them has been so pleasant, it just gives us an excuse to add more automation. =P

Eugene and his team are amazing! We hired them for the second time to wire our entire apartment with a Savant system with ceiling speakers and projector, Eugene suggested various options to us, took time to come with us to the savant showroom, and was always extremely professional and helpful. His work is of the highest quality, done on time and without surprises. He is also incredibly responsive in following up with questions, even after the work was completed. We would definitely work with him again.

Fiks Consultants was the best referral I received during our massive pre-war renovation. I found Eugene Fiks to be a terrific problem solver and and an even better listener. I explained what we wanted and he delivered A+ service at every step of the process. We have a superb media room, a wireless system that has no dead or slow zones, and a wonderful sound system throughout our apartment. His follow-up service has been extraordinary. His patience with the 60-somethings, as well as the 20-somethings, in our household has been a breath of fresh air!
