Bring back widgets on the app. If you sort your reviews on the Apple App Store by most recent you will see all complaints about this very issue. I've messaged on the app five times and have gotten the same dumb response for five months now that the R&D team is working on it. I get updates on other apps almost weekly. The R&D team is obviously not working on it and Feit doesn't care about their customers who spent money on their products.

I bought the Feit Electric Auto Cycling Red/White/Blue 1 pack bulbs. The concept is great, the bulbs are bright, the parts used to change color are junk. As time goes by the cycles get farther and farther apart. Which means that either the bulbs do not use quality parts. Great idea, terrible execution of said idea! Would not recommend product until product is fixed. It irks me enough to not want to use the product and i like the idea!

Trash light bulbs! - At least twice now, I’ve invested money in FEIT Electric brand LED light bulbs, only to see some of them flicker and cut out after a few weeks, or stop working altogether. There’s a reason these are liquidated by the pallet at places like Costco.

To their credit, FEIT did make good on their five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty, by shipping me a new light bulb, which went into my pile of items to sell at my next garage sale. Hence my two (2) star rating here

Truckers you can park at the street to check in at shipper. Really tight truck docking. Truck back up on blind side. 30 minutes to get loaded.

Absolutely the worst security camera hardware and software company. They don't respond to messages and troubleshooting calls. Their app
Takes forever to load if it isn't failing 85% of the time. And when it died load you can review your footage and expect no help from their customer support team if you reach out. I Regret ever becoming their customer

2/15/21 UPDATE: The last bulb died out on me in December. Trying out GE's bulbs and they seem to be much better.

I bought (4) Feit bulbs at the beginning of the year. 3 out of 4 burned out on me within 4 months.

Here are my problems:
1. The packaging says it comes with a 2 year warranty, but going on the Feit website, they say it's only 1 year. I dislike that it isn't clear.
2. I reached out to receive my replacement bulbs under the warranty. It took the company OVER a month JUST to send my replacement bulbs, though their automated email system made me believe that they had taken action within 2 days of my email.
3. When I did receive the replacement bulbs -- you guessed it -- not a single one of them worked. it's baffling. It's a joke. I even confirmed there was nothing wrong with my light switch because this is laughable.
4. After emailing the company about taking next steps, I haven't heard back. Now they're presumably ghosting me because they obviously don't have good customer service or want to deal with me.

Do me a favor and DO NOT waste your time and money on these products.

I bought six G9 bulbs for our dining room light fixture. The back of the package said there was a 2 year warranty with an average life of 9.1 years (approximately 10,000 hours). I replaced each fixture with one of these Feit LED G9 bulbs, when the halogen bulb burned out. The bulb that I first installed, burned out before any of the remaining halogen bulbs. I called the company to inform them. They said that they would send me a replacement bulb. It never arrived. Four of the 6 bulbs burned out after 2 - 4 months. 2 of the bulbs never worked at all.

WARNING: Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting since August 2023 for warranty replacement, 2 switches. No resolve after numerous calls on hold up to :45mins. It must be a Chinese run company for Cindy ting business like this.
Our business bureau needs to shut this company down.
