We got locked out of house. We always go through our garage so front door lock including electric dead bolt always stay locked cause we rarely enter our home using our front door. Well tonight our power went out so our garage wouldn’t open. When we tried our front door we realized our electronic dead bolt had a dead battery, all our windows and back sliding door are secured so we had literally no way of getting in without breaking something. It was cold out and the wind chill made it hard for us to keep trying ourselves to get inside our home, once it got dark we started calling locksmiths. A few said they couldn’t pick our electronic dead bolt, and that it was extremely hard to do, one guy said he could help us get in by our garage (not sure how that would’ve worked out) and two more calls had told us they’d have to drill into our electronic deadbolt. Not only would we have to pay to replace our electronic dead bolt but they were trying to charging an arm, a leg, and possibly a left ass cheek. It was ridiculous. To top it off, one guy sounded like the distance he’d have to drive was a burden and a couple of them said it’d take 45 to an hour. It was already dark and we had been outside since 2:30pm and it was now 6pm. Then we called EZ in locksmith services and spoke with Bradley Stites. The phone call was a complete 180 from all the other calls we had with the others. We asked if it was possible to pick our electronic dead bolt as we didn’t want to damage it and have to replace it, Brad said it was not a problem, he’d get out to us in 30 minutes, he showed up in a little under 30 minutes, picked our lock in under a minute, and he was headed out before we knew it. He was super nice and accommodating. From the call to his service, very pleasant experience. His price was affordable and reasonable. Highly highly highly recommend! We are keeping his info for any future lockout services we may have. Thank you Brad for your A+ customer service!

I was dealing with an old Toyota, which needs special chips. They were able to get it done in just half an hour, after getting the run around from other companies. I cannot recommend them enough! These are the first people you should call!

I locked myself out of my house while walking my dog and didn’t realize I had left my key behind (perks of chemo brain!). The service was quick and easy and even more so, affordable!!! Unfortunately this isn’t my first time locking myself out of something but it has been the best experience!
