Rob was super helpful with getting us our storage unit, got us what we needed right away. When we needed to upgrade to a bigger unit it was the same excellent customer service. Quick and friendly! Would highly recommend these storage units! It’s a plus that they have mostly indoor units as well. Very neat and clean with no worries of bugs or rodents.

I have used Extra Space Storage for any and all storage needs while here on the peninsula. Every time I go, the staff are always genuinely kind and helpful. It had been a while since I had been to Extra Space, even still Liz remembered me and my family and made me feel like an old friend. Rob is also a pleasure to work with. Rob was very helpful- I needed a new lock which he happily helped with, and he updated me on the next due date for my payment. Liz is extremely kind as is Nanthiel . I met a third employee today and I was in awe in how can every employee be so helpful and kind, especially when new people I met within the last two weeks 99.9% of them were rude, uncaring, unkind, and looked at me as if I was in the wrong country… if you need storage go with Extra Storage Space in Del Monte & Dela Vina. The staff will make sure you’re extremely happy with the services they provide. They all go above and beyond what they can to provide the upmost excellent kind and respectful service…..

They are so kind and helpful! They have provided exceptional service all hours of their operations. The facility is clean and easy to access. Wide hallways for moving supplies, massive elevator and push carts always available for our use.

I just recently signed up for a new unit. It is easy to do online, and when I had questions, a friendly associate was available to help and assist my needs immediately. I am happy with my unit and glad there are staff that care about their customers and give the bet service they can.
