Dallas and his wife have been great! They have had multiple items removed off of my credit report and my score has came up quite a bit in the 3 months they have been working their magic! All they ask is that you pay for credit monitoring each month which is under $30 and also use them to buy your home...pretty simple if you ask me! They have also just been great people in general as well though, any questions at all they answer almost right away! I’m excited to finally be able to even consider buying a house!! I am so very grateful for Ashley and Dallas! I was going through a very difficult time with fighting to have my home finished being built, due to a stressful and unpredictable construction transaction. Unfortunately, due to a couple of credit issues that I had, I was not able to qualify for a construction loan to finish the project, much less a new mortgage loan after completion. Since working with Extra Credit my credit scores have been increasing. Every month I receive a report on what items are being removed as well as how much credit I have or have not been using.
