Five stars so far! Every semester I work with groups of documents that contain date-specific and chapter-specific references. It is tedious and time-consuming (but necessary) to make these changes. Yesterday, one of these tasks that normally would take at least an hour of such work took only 5 minutes (or less) with this add-on! So far, so good! I can hardly wait to put other features to work!

Great software, blindingly fast, even with large files.
Handles Word, Excel and PowerPoint at the same time.
Tons of features, including the ability to add highlights and change colors, etc. Reads .csv files created in Excel. Plenty of samples so you can get up and running quickly. Highly recommended! Great tool for translators when they have a glossary of terms that appear in multiple documents. It is blindingly fast and does exactly what it is supposed to do, and includes the ability to customize the replaced term in a number of ways, for example, by applying a highlight, which is very useful because you can see at a glance what is replaced. We have a database of thousands of terms and we use it for one recurring project, as well as others.
It is absolutely wonderful. I am so impressed with it.
I previously used a different software package but that one cannot hold a candle to your product.
Today I ran a database of 2000+ terms against 24 files and it completed the task in 2 minutes.
It is absolutely amazing.

We used the functionality for both Excel and Word. This software is extremely powerful and flexible. Support is very responsive and knowledgeable. Tons of options and features to get you what is needed. Delivers a quick ROI on the first project which would often takes several hours of developer time to create a piece of what this application can do. The full functional trial also allows you to perform a proof of concept before requiring the software to be purchased.

So far I love this software! The biggest thing I needed was to change logos on hundreds of documents. I had a little trouble with changing my logos so I emailed the company. Within minutes I received an email back. Then I had another question. Again, I received an answer within minutes. This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m hopeful to is streamlines a tedious part of my business.

Specialist software can be difficult to source, confusing to download, frustrating to learn and often the back-up service after purchase is woeful. None of this happened with the Global Office Find and Replace I purchased recently. Well-known for a well-priced, quality product in the industry I was working in, easy to download and a pleasure to use. The software is incredibly useful, has functionalities I had never dreamed of and customer support is unparalleled. Igor offered to look into an image resizing issue and helped me understand where I was going wrong. The software is AMAZING. You can work across an incredible number of documents in an incredibly short time, saving literally a ton of manhours. I could not be happier with this find. Also, the software does EVERYTHING on ALL Office programs. I had found before software for Word, or for find/replace but not images. This package is incredibly comprehensive at an extremely competitive cost. Real value for money.

Global Office Find Replace Software by EXIS saves us a lot of time with tenants' mailings and rental agreements by allowing us to use a word template and then run multiple find and replace operations against it to generate letters and other documents. The software is very easy to use, reliable and intuitive. It saves me quite a bit of time. I'm an attorney and sometimes have to fix the same error across several documents. Global Office Find and Replace batches the process of fixing the errors in one pass. I have used other utilities such as this. They were more expensive and didn't work nearly as well.
