ETD is the only place I will take my car!
Josh, Jason, and Frank have provided consistently excellent service for as long as I can remember! I started using ETD because I lived locally, but now I drive 20 minutes - past many other shops - because their service is unmatched.
The best thing about this shop is their trustworthiness. I am not at all knowledgeable about cars, but the guys in this shop never make me feel stupid. I can trust them to walk me through any repairs and honestly assess how urgent each matter is.
Even though their level of service is worth waiting for, they have always been respectful of my time on the days when I cannot drop it off.
ETD will continue to be my number one choice for any issues with my car and regular maintenance!

Josh and the staff at ETD are the best. My last visit was on an already-rough work day and Josh fit me in, got my tire taken care of and on my way back to work. Great guy always makes me smile. True professional that comes recommended by most everyone I talk to in town.

I have to tell you the service and professionalism here is outstanding. It starts right at the front desk. Frank, Jason and Sean are accommodating in every way, they really do help you in difficult situations. Service and pricing is always 5 star.

ETD Butler was always my go to but after my experience this time they lost my trust. I was told that if I bring my own parts that they cannot put them on for me because “that is not how they handle business ” and they would have to ask the manger for approval. Not only were they passively aggressive after I offered to get the parts myself but on etd’s receipt, it shows that if a customer is willing to purchase their own parts we would get a discounted Price just like many other shops do . Not only was i told that my car was barely driven and that it needs to be driven more cause it’s causing a lot of damage on the brakes and rotors but I was told both front and back brakes were bad , I then knew I had to avoid coming here because those brakes were recently put on just before they serviced my car and I drive that car everyday lol . When I took the tires off I checked the brakes my self and sure enough brand new brakes . I was told this job with parts and labor would cost $700-$900 I spent $107 bucks and saved my self a fortune . Sometimes businesses take advantage of genuine customers, but not this time not ever .

I came for a ride along with my cousin, to bring his Very Expensive, Factory lifted Chevy pickup truck, for a front alignment. It's the ONLY place in this area that has the space to fit a truck of its size. The REALLY heavy set dude with the tree stumps, immediately, just as we walked into the door was just Veryy Nastt and Rude. We just parked out front to just ask where we should park it due to it being the Very first time of US coming here... My cousin didn't have a chance to even say Hey, how ya doing Sir ? This Dude immediately says Disgustingly, " It's Called, Find 2 Lines and Park between them ". My cousin Responded, Sir, that's Exactly why I walked in here. It's my first time and I didn't know if I had to pull it around and to a specific area... He wouldn't even look my cousin in the eyes, like Man or ATLEAST in a Professional and Business like Manner. I'm NOT the type to play NOR pull the race card, by No Means, yall. But I also could not Help but Notice the each time a white person did the exact Same thing, that, they were met with a Smile, Eye contact and Simple Courtesy and Profesionalism. I am Very Light skinned myself and I also was treated as the Other customers. My younger cousin is Brown skinned... I've been around ALOT and ENOUGH of it for one person's Lifetime. I know it when I see it and I call it as I see it. I'm Very Honest and ReaL as you can get, while maintaining common Courtesy and Respect for all. The OTHER Employee standing at the computer, Next to him, he wears glasses, He on the Other hand. Was actually Respectful and Courteous as any business entity is and/Or is and Are supposed to be and act... I dunno folks, it's just something you had to be there to witness and see from the background. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt etc etc But I mean, it could Not have been any more obvious. I can't stand a """" Karen""", So, I hope I'm not portraying myself as such... Hellz Naw lol But Anyway, I give Honest and ReaL Reviews and ONLY Review places that go above and beyond and really stand out, to help them attract more deserving business. I Also, review places as such who demonstrate the Exact opposite. The Tech as well that came out with the diagnostics, is and was also kool, too... It's just that 1 Dude. Some people have bad ass days and I get that. We all do and deserve a pass. But there was no reason to start off like that for no reason at all. Idk. Yall can make your own decisions as to whether or to deal with this Dude... I pick and choose my battles and today I'm just not feeling it, cuz I would have reacted Alot differently... Best of Luck Yall and to all the Tan Skinned folks out there, if you look a certain way, maybe yall should try to find an Alternative business. Best of luck to all of yall. One Love

Great service! Ordered my tires and scheduled appointment. They called me when the tires came in early. It took about two hours which I would expect from a busy business. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend.

Having been in the auto industry for over 30 years it is easy for me to see if an auto repair facility has got there “stuff” together. The ETD Discount Tire & Service in Butler NJ checked all the boxes for me. From the greeting at the time I walked in the door and dropped off the car to the time I walked out the door everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks Frank and thank you ETD!
