Larry Treat, and the Treat Law firm has been the very best experience for me. Larry Treat is so kind. He listens, and explains things so clearly. I’ve had trusts for over 23 years, but never really had the grasp I needed to have. Larry takes time, and is sure you understand everything before you leave. I can’t say enough about him, and his very sharp staff, especially Holt & Verna. Also, a shout out to Angela, who is the friendliest and most welcoming of receptionists. When you walk in the door of the Treat Law firm, you will be treated with such kindness, and you will leave with the most priceless feeling- peace of mind !

We first became involved with the Drake Estate and Elder Law Firm in 2009 when my recently widowed mother moved to Mountain Home. Randall was an absolute God-send to me and my brothers. He and his staff helped us to keep most of Mom's hard earned estate intact to pass on to her heirs, while making sure there were funds for her care.
Because of that experience, my husband and I soon had Randall establish a trust for our family.
Everyone in Randall's office was very friendly, competent and professional. In fact, they became almost like family. The firm has grown considerably since we started working with them, but I would not hesitate to recommend them!

With the help of the Estate & Elder Law Planning office team, we completed a trust. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, thorough in gathering information and wanting us to be satisfied with the end product. Randall Drake is the professional everyone hopes for who needs the guidance of a lawyer. He asks many questions, listens and with competence completes a trust to best serve you and your heirs. His explanations (often with drawings) of how the law works concerning assets and inheritance were especially appreciated. His recommendations were specific to what we wanted to happen in the future; not a buy one fits all. We would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a trust.

If you are looking for help planning for you or your children's future I highly recommend Estate & Elder Law Planning Center. My husband experienced the loss of his first wife as a very young man. He was devastated to say the least, Randall Drake actually went to his house to help him complete his dying wife's final wishes. Jana Crisp is the "personal assistant" we could all only wish for! She made numerous phone calls of encouragement and reminders to complete forms plus helped him with all the necessary paper work. Randall and Jana went above and beyond to help him through his time of need and keep him financially stable.
Today, my husband and I are "young" in our mid to late 40's, with two almost teen children. Randall and Jana have again helped us create a Trust so that when our time comes to be called Home our children are taken care of. We have also been able to encourage my in-laws to create a Trust to protect themselves and provide for my husband and my brother-in-law in their passing.
It is never to early to start planning for your future. If you are thinking about a Trust call Jana and Randall. They will give you accurate, honest advice.

When our Family was in an extreme crisis and we needed immediate assistance, I called the office of Drake and Cash. I was told that they were closed but someone would return my call. I never expected that the call would be extradited and I would hear from anyone that day. By my surprise, I was contacted within minutes. Attorneys Mitch Cash and Larry Treat helped my sister and I through an extremely difficult time with our father. He had just been diagnosed with dementia and was declining quickly, when his wife of a few years filed for divorce. With their skillful help we were able to protect most of his assets and provide excellent care for him.
