Today was my first time doing business with Drive Now Insurance, and I couldn't believe how great Juan made my experience with them. Didn't have to try multiple times to contact him, he answered right away and was very on point calling me back with information. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me out with a great deal for my two vehicles. I can see why my uncle recommended seeing him for insurance. Should've went to see Juan sooner. I went to another office before coming here and they wanted to charge me an outrageous price for updating my documents for purchasing a new car. However Juan made this process simple. He gave me a rough estimate of how long it would take and how much. Not only did he get it done with a day to spare on our agreement he also saved me roughly $400 compared to the other office I originally went to for help. Juan is a great guy who knew what he was doing. Was super professional And friendly. I would recommend going to him over a normal visit to the dmv

Juan went above n beyond for me to get insurance. The office closes at 5 and he worked till later in the evening so I could be able to purchase a vehicle n drive off with it being insured. I also insure my 2 other vehicles with them and I have no complaints. Been with them for over 5years.
