I have had only the best experience working with Erika Record Baking Equipment. When I first reached out about a cookie dough depositor, I spoke over the phone and through many emails with Danielle. She was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions in detail. I originally shipped out my dough to be tested in their test kitchen on the Formatic R1200. I was sent detailed feedback as well as videos of my dough being used on the machine. I then went to the test kitchen in New Jersey myself, made fresh dough on site and then tested my dough in the depositor with the help and expertise of Beth. Beth was extremely knowledgeable about the machine and helpful in my decision to purchase. After going over many details and financial questions with Craig, I felt very comfortable with the cost and customer service from Erika Record. After I received my machine, I had a couple questions I was hoping for some help with. I was immediately put in touch with Craig again who took my call and also video called to show me step by step what I needed to adjust on the machine to get everything running perfectly smooth. I was even sent a few follow up emails from different employees, Carl and Austin, checking in to make sure all was still going well with the dough depositor. We came across Erika Record Baking Equipment at the 2019 International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas. Their entire staff went above and beyond to guide us through all of their equipment based on our needs. Our small dessert shop, Xielo Artisan Desserts, was looking for a sheeter to help our production be more efficient. A few months after the expo I got in contact with Patricia Juncal Luques, Head Sales Consultant with experience as an international Pastry Chef. With her vast knowledge and impeccable service, I decided to purchase the sheeter and couldn't be more satisfied.
