Our company is about 40-45 in office and 20-25 in the field. If any of our field personnel have issues (user error, updates etc.), Entec makes it seamless, and is extremely timely in getting issues solved. Before Covid, we switched to Microsoft 365 and they had a team come in and educate our staff on it's new features and capabilities, which helped tremendously with the transition.
We can always count on Entec to solve our issues. If we call them for an issue that ends up being a "all you had to do was restart your computer", they ensure that everything is working properly before disconnecting.

We've had Entec's teams rapidly deployed to our business for big projects (lasting weeks-to-months), that scaled back down to normal operations as soon as the project wrapped - without ever having to call in a secondary one-off vendor for temp-adds support. We've had networking projects where Entec's talented network engineers have stepped in to tackle a project for a day, a week, or even the emergent overnight response (yikes). Allowing us to not need to staff a full-time dedicated network engineer every day. They grow with their clients and often-times are able to adopt their business model to suit their clients - both big and small.
