There is no way I can believe that this place has a five-star review. They recently came into our complex. They claim that they could update the cable and they can update the internet but you cannot get anybody to respond to you. The management has asked several times for us but still no response from this company. There is no way this company can have a five-star review. It sucks big time. Also I'm in a senior citizen community. They won't do anything by phone they want to do everything by the internet. I myself don't use the internet much. And several of the residents in this complex do not know how to use the internet or technology. So this company really really really really sucks.
