I am a woman owned small business in Manhattan. I used EMC IT solutions, Ahmad, for a major issue I had with my business domain that affected my website and email. Fantastic customer service! We use them for our IT services in Syracuse, NY. If we send an email requesting their assistance they always respond within 10 minutes. They have always been able to remote in and fix any issue we have had. They treat you like you are their only customer. These guys are top notch. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have used different IT businesses and to be honest the experience that you get at EMC is unmatched. EMC has handled my office at work ( setup all new computers, printers, antivirus software etc), hot spots throughout my buildings, outdoor access points to watch movies on my boat, my office at home, cameras , and even all of my extensive smart home capabilities.
