I came across a random post on nextdoor looking to help people create a business or grow their existing business. I decided to meet Fenil for tea where he went over his business model and all the success he had with other clients. He was not pushy as I was not sure I wanted to engage right away. We wish there was a negative rating in Google to give. Embtel Solutions is a nightmare, highly unprofessional and unethical. They took the whole amount from us and promised to deliver a website built on Shopify as per the contract. They were going to build the website from scratch on the Shopify platform. Instead they copied a Shopify paid theme code and used it for our website. A few weeks ago , Shopify contacted us citing the source code or the theme used on our website is a copied version. So basically what Embtel does is- it pays for one theme and copies the theme code for various websites that they are building. So what Shopify pointed us was the theme license that our store was using is a copied version. We purchased the theme immediately and tried to contact Embtel Solutions.
Contacting Embtel employees was of no use. Everyone from top to bottom passes the problem from one to another. Employees keep quitting every few weeks or months and they all use alias names for work. So one has no idea who they are interacting with.
At one point Embtel was also doing our ongoing website maintainance. During that period Embtel employees managed to change our store passwords, so we couldn’t login. It was a nightmare. Finally we claimed control of our store website with the help of Shopify support staff and cut our ties with Embtel Solutions.
I would say they are a bunch of cheaters and scammers. Stay away from them.

I own a small business and always I was thinking and have a Web page
but wasn't easy. with a lot of people offer this service .you have to decide , to who you want to hiring to making happen . because . You can do it onetime. There is not budget and time for more . I find Embtel solution . They went far from my expectations , they take the time to made a good work.

Great experience with Fanil and Embtel Solutions. Starting a business is harrowing, but building a website was fairly easy with Fanil's advice. Always responsive to my questions, quick answers even around the holidays, and kept working even when the office was closed around the New Year. Fanil took my vague notions and ideas and turned them into something tangible. Website turned out beautifully and has received a lot of positive comments. BEST WORDPRESS DEVELOPER IN TOWN!!

This is really a 5 star review. With thousands of pages, and legacy issues, rebuilding our website was a particularly complex project. Additionally, for several years it had over one million annual visitors, primarily due to our talented in house IT and webmaster. So, it was no small decision for us to look outside and then choose Fanil and EMBTEL Solutions' team to help us redesign our website, and I'm glad we did.

A project this complex will naturally have it's share of hiccups, but not once was Fanil or his team, headed by Dan, flustered or deterred, even when these hiccups were 100% my doing! They have a, "we'll get it done attitude", whatever the challenge, obstacle or goal; and they do!

I especially appreciated their creative design and SEO suggestions, expert advice and patience. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, it almost was 5 stars and I fully expect it to end up at 5 stars. But I occasionally found small items that I thought were completed that weren't, or were completed just slightly different from what I expected. To be fair, these small miscommunications may very well have been my fault, not the teams'. Time will tell as I will continue to use them as much as my budget, and their patience, will allow.

Having been self-employed for most of my life, I know first hand how rare it is to find an individual that inspires as much confidence, professionalism, expertise and trust as Fanil. In short, I followed up a little bit more than I expected, likely 100% our fault, but EMBTEL came in on budget, on time, had great ideas and were an absolute joy to work with! I have, and will continue to recommend them.
