I am on my feet 8 hours a day. I am a massage therapist and a true believer in holistic healing. I had received a gift card and decided to try the Ionic Foot Bath for the first time. After 30 minutes my body felt so relaxed and the toxins were so dark in the water. Overall I feel a big difference already. I definitely will be returning for more sessions. Sharon

I’m don’t usually write reviews but this place warranted a few minutes of my time. I recently moved to the high dessert area from San Diego and needed a place to provide quality recovery! I stumbled across elixir of health online, I have been pleased with the service and relaxed environment since starting treatment ( Cupping, Cryo, deep tissue massage, Nomatec Boot).The staff is attentive, my experience with Veronica has been pleasant. We connected immediately both being former high performance athletes. She is knowledgeable and a straight shooter and packs a mean elbow!! (massage). Would highly recommend this location for ALL recovery needs adults and youth!

A great facility. I have visited for both cryotherapy and massages and have always had a great experience. Front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful. Gayla and Kashara are especially great at their jobs. Veronica too though she sometimes talks a lot. LOL 😉

Veronica and her team is awesome. Very informative, supportive and professional. I did the cryotherapy, infrared sauna and wow!!!! The place you want to be and where you should be recovery number 1
