We just moved to Colorado from Utah and we have not had a good experience with this internet company. Issues all the time, constant buffering. I home school my daughter and completely forgot to pay the internet bill, hasn't even been a month and they shut it off and refuse to turn it back on until I can pay the almost $200 bill for lousy service. Bad service. 👎

I would like to express my appreciation for the customer service I receive from Elevate! I have had to have someone come out 3 times over all the years I have been with them. All 3 times I have been fortunate to have Carl and another young man help me out! (Sorry I dont have his name)They were so professional and very efficient! Quality customer service along with a drive to do a job well is very rare these days. And to be treated with respect is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

They shut off my service and I'm not even a month past due. You would think they would send a notice or email before shutting me off, but no. Just shut me off in January and send me a bill that's dated for February. Horrible service. 🤯

I’ve been dealing with Christian and Justin. Both excellent tech-support people. I’ve been dealing with an issue that caused my programming to buffer freeze and eventually throw me out of programming. After working with Christian for the past couple of days, he resolved my issues to this point and has even given me options to call him back at the number, he provided for me. He is also providing an ethernet cable for me to do more testing. Both men have been extremely helpful in this very frustrating process. Things have settled down and TV is relaxing again and not a hassle due to constant programming or buffering. Thanks again for all you did and your compadre Justin for all his help.
