Having dealt with this company and their solutions for just under 10 years I can say eLend provides exactly what they promise, exactly what is needed and at a price that is a guaranteed ROI virtually at the onset of the arrangement. Hands down one of the best teams I've worked with in 12+ years in the automotive industry. Kristi, Carolina, Julian and Greg are top-notch and won't stop until the customer is satisfied and the implementation solid! Simple. Efficient. Affordable. What isn't to like?

Hello Fellow Dealers. I recently used eLend Solutions because they had a very interesting product that would allow my potential customers to essentially apply for lending approval without a hard inquiry to their credit. I must say the product and service I received was very good. I especially thought the trainer they assigned me was very helpful and individually I would give her 5 stars. So why the one star? Well I recently became part of a great business opportunity and no longer needed their services. It was at this time that I was informed I "Must" use one additional month of service and pay in full for it. I was told it was in the contract I signed, which I do not doubt, however we are car dealers not attorneys. I always assume hidden fees with any company in finance but it never occurred to me that they would force me to continue service when I didn't need it. The cherry on top was when I informed them I would spend some time writing bad reviews due to my experience. All I got back were crickets. I guess this company is so eager for my $200 it's worth a few bad reviews here and there. The math doesn't add up for me to possibly lose even one client over that amount of money but when you don't care I guess you REALLY dont care.

Dealertrack and other companies are launching similar products. My recommendation is to give them a shot first especially if you already use them as it would be a simple integration.
