A++ to Electronics Expo. I need my definitive technology speakers configured to my Denon receiver. I setup a appointment and technician was sent out the very next day.

He configured everything thing for me. Calibrating the receiver, setting the speaker frequency, adjustments to the presets for tv, movie, and fire stick also configured my harmony remote for me.

He made sure before he left that I was happy with everything and if he could do anything else for me

I’ve been going to Expo for long time now since the Union location days , I love the sound shows got some really great ideas , mikes been an asset to me as a hobbyist enthusiast, audiophile , videophile. Guy from Audioquest helped me with my phasing in my electric panel , your not going to get that level of service from another place period.
Most places don’t have much for us guys but expo has something for everyone not just some kid in the back of the magnolia section of Best Buy that don’t care . You guys are great keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll keep sending people your way.

Electronics Expo is a North NJ gem! When other dealers are snobby and Best Buy lets you down, this is the place to go. I used to shop at Best Buy in Paramus on 17, but after a disappointing visit, I found Expo in Wayne. To my surprise I ran into Jeff who actually was my old Best Buy guy! Now at Expo! The store is beautiful, and Jeff followed other former Magnolia specialists to this great location. They're honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy just as I remembered. Their install team told me they have over 25 years of experience and did a fantastic job with my TV above the fireplace. No young and nervous Geek Squad techs here. They price-match and offer all the services Magnolia once did. I'll be getting my outdoor music and smart lighting systems from them. Ask for Jeff and check out the awesome Def Tech theater with a 170" screen. It's huge and makes any 100" TV look small!!!

Mike Parry, the manager at the store in Wayne was so helpful and we were able to talk not just about my purchase but other hobbies as well.
