Ben is the absolute best. He was able to quickly jump onto my system and fix my issues. He was able to fit me in quickly which I was super grateful for. He was able to save me having to be without a system and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was able to restore my computer so it is running as if it was new. He took the time to put in some blockers to protect my system from getting bogged down again. I would absolutely use him again and would encourage anyone that needs any type of computer assistance he is a lifesaver.

eFix IT has been a godsend for this 59 year old, small business person trying to make sense of the IT and technological tools I need to have a business in this digital age. Benn is patient, thorough and even saved me from getting scammed (different story).
