Efficient Forms seemed like a great place within the Littleton community with a clear vision and fancy website concerning ACA assistance and their company ideals, but actually applying there was a sad experience:
* The interviewing party stirred up false hopes during a phone call about eventually meeting and did not contact back when she said she would.
* After specifically requesting and actually receiving the 'go ahead' to followup email concerning website typos, I never heard back. Not once. There are few ways to truly prove 'detail oriented', so I came up with a creative way: website proofreading (but only 1 page in any 1 email). (To this day, weeks later, they still incorrectly spell 'enrollment' on the company intro web page: the most important and first impression for potential clients. They should really fix this, no matter how they treat me.)
* When there was no response to followup emails (despite prior promises that they would contact back during the previous week), I sent forth several more typing test screen shots with 100+ WPM typing speed and 100% accuracy, since I had a chiro adjustment and a real keyboard then. Only then, did this swiftly provide me a rejection notice from their automated system and finally release me from this unfortunate process. (Any stars are because I was finally informed at all one way or another.)
* I emailed back after the rejection notice, specifically requesting any constructive feedback. Can you guess what happened next? No reply.

This might not sound like a big deal, but I hung out an extra week in the Littleton area after my old dog passed away at the family ranch due to being stirred up during the phone interview about an actual chance.

That was really mean, Efficient Forms. Keep burning them bridges, basically neglecting your own website, and not being socially responsible (which is actually posted in the job description as a required quality of job applicants but apparently does not apply to their own doings)!

One day, other companies might hire all these job applicants who were similarly treated and who end up being influential and simply guide their associated companies to stay away.
