I am the owner of GH Sands Construction and an office tenant on the 2nd floor of Edwards Corner.
Being a small local business, this location is perfect for me. I am so grateful I found such a nice space in the Edwards area. Its great to be part of the hussle and bussle of Edwards Corner and to have the access to so many good shops and restaurants. The parking in back is great and the underground parking is a huge bonus.
My office is within a shared office suite that has a very nice level of amenities and relieves me of much of the stress and cost that comes with a larger office set up.
The team here takes such great care of the property and they have a very efficient maintenance request system. It's a very professional operation and I am so glad to be here! It fits. verty well with my business and translates well with my clients and subcontractors.

Tight parking lot, but this place has some great restaurants, including... Craftsman (the beer is AWESOME, they serve Outer Range) and Hovey and Harrison. Drunken Goat is overpriced but does have some cool cheese platters if you're into that.

So enjoyed tomato bisque soup (pieces of tomato) & Cubano, my partner had the special burger, said it was high quality meat.
Only downside was rap music, but to each their own.

Too small of a parking lot in front.
Many patrons coming in & out with poor access & parking.
Great ice cream shop & yarn shop!
