The ladies here are absolutely amazing! Dolores and staff go above and beyond to assure you get great results and to your best interest. This has been my go to office for over 10 years and to this day have never disappointed. Building has good parking and spacious. Office is clean. Lovely place.

The lady who filed my taxes was rude as she spoke to me with an attitude in her tone. I felt like I was getting spoken down to as if she didn’t take me seriously and just wanted to get the process over with. I’m never going back here again should have stuck with the guy I found last yr but it was due to my own poor time management I had to go to the closest place to my house. Came back to add the fact that they’re such a huge scam. I just found out that my brother has never had to pay to get his taxes done here while I have what kind of double standards is that?

I’ve been handling my business account & tax questions etc with Dolores since May 2018 . Called today to schedule my business tax return . And let the secretary know I had been calling for a week and recieved no answer despite voicemail and message I left on her phone . Was rudely told she’s very busy and I didn’t need an appointment I just needed to go . Great way to treat people . Word of mouth is very strong . Wouldn’t recommend , if I could leave 0 stars I would . Don’t waste your time and find some more respectful and deserving people of your hard earned money . She could’ve at the least apologized for not answering phone calls . People are more understanding when you are as well .
