From the initial phone call to the completion of the service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
The technician who came to my home was Alonso, and I can't say enough good things about him. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. He was also very respectful of my home and took care to minimize any disruption.
Alonso was able to quickly identify the source of the infestation and treated it effectively.

This guy is awesome!!! He gave me a free mouse consultation on the phone and was so nice and patient listening to my concerns! I got such great advice. I don’t know a lot about extermination but this guy definitely does. He even said he has products that aren’t sold at stores that will crush and destroy pests. 10/10 would recommend

Ray's is great. Great communicator and explained the process each step of the way. Helped move some appliances to better treat the problem area and used some left over material to fill in the holes. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
