I have been in the Autodesk arena for over 30 years, and have purchased Autodesk software from many vendors over those years and without a doubt, ECAD has been the most responsive, helpful and knowledgeable Autodesk vender by far. Their staff is amazing, they always know the answers and are able to facilitate an excellent outcome. I have been to quite a few training classes over the years, with that said, if I live thousands of miles away from Colorado, I would still fly to Colorado to get my training done by Ken Martinez with ECAD. His knowledge and dedication to teaching Civil 3D is far worth the cost of the travel. I have sent many Designers to his class and they have all told me the same. I highly recommend ECAD to anyone looking for dedication to service that exceeds expectations!

I just want to give a shout out to Ken Martinez. I’ve taken a few courses with Ken and not only does he share his knowledge, but his expertise in every aspect of Civil 3D. He has great energy and passion for teaching C3D. He is able to present the material from an engineer’s stand point and doesn’t walk away until you’ve 100% GOT IT. He shares so many extra tricks and tips that you won’t find on any website or technical book. After taking my first class with him (5 years ago) he is still just a phone call or email away anytime I get into a bind. His technical skills and experience is definitely a benefit to myself AND my company. We are lucky to be working with him as well as the rest of the staff at ECAD.

Our reseller support at Matrix Design Group, Inc. from Kelly Marrill at Ecad has been second to no one. I get immediate responses to any questions, issues and requests that I have submitted. She has provided great advice regarding purchasing and training. Ken Martinez is an awesome trainer who goes above and beyond to ensure that the training “sinks in” and provides additional material with tips and tricks to get everyone productive in an Autodesk environment. I recently took the Civil 3D for Surveyors', the class was immensely beneficial and it helped learning from an actual person that could pause and answer questions rather than online forums and you tube videos.
