Takes your money and computers, never fixes and only returns your money and device under threat of filing police report. Continuously gives you excuses (my phone quit working, ups did’t run, I’m sick, never received messages - phone or voice). Requested tracking number to prove he had actually ordered the part and he refused. He quit responding and had his wife contact me. Then when I demanded he meet me at a certain date and time he was a no show, I contacted and his wife responded it would be 15 more minutes. When they finally showed he refused to show and sent is wife. Since my experience I have come in contact with numerous other people that have had the same experience but have never gotten their money or laptops back. He’s very unprofessional, refuses to keep customers in the loop as to what’s going on and I feel if I had not threatened to get police involved I would have never gotten my money back or my laptop.

I gave my daughters laptop to him to fix before her birthday on the 18th. I asked how much money and he said $146. When I went to meet him it all of a sudden jumped to $200. I tried contacting him on NUMEROUS occasions to get an update. He ignored all my calls, texts & messages. I requested the tracking number so I could check the status of the order,he refused. I was given numerous excuses why the part wasn’t in: the part came in and it was wrong part, ups never showed up (x15), promised to give me tracking number numerous occasions but never received it, then his wife called me to say he was deathly ill. But not so Ill that he couldn’t be on Facebook. I demanded my money ($200 cash) and the laptop in the condition I gave it to him in. I told them I wanted it that day but I again wet off their word and let them talk me into the 7th at straight up 3:30 pm. Of course 3:30 arrived and they were no show. I texted and he said another 15. I gave him a choice, show up with my lap top and my money or I go to police. His wife finally shows up, practically throws the $200 cash as me and hands me the lap top. I would highly encourage anyone considering using D-Tech computer services in Valley, AL..........DON’T.

BEWARE! Very unprofessional. Rip off! Paid him 380 to fix a laptop and recover data from my hard drive. He kept gouging more money. He couldn't recover anything, computer has an unregistered copy of win 10, software isn't legit. Won't return calls or refund work not done.

I spoke to Dusty Howell on July 19 2020. He stated he could fix my daughters tablet. He was suppose to change the battery and repair the charging port. Paid in advance for the repair, that was my mistake. I have not heard nothing from him and he is avoiding my phone calls as well as text messages. Avoid this thief if possible!!!!!!

Paid for parts three weeks for a core cpu. Want answer phone or text back. Finally texted back way later told me he would meet to refund my money, but never showed up to meeting spot. Want answer or text back... finally mail me a money order for refund
