Overall a disappointing experience with DSA HR solutions. Not always knowledgeable about restaurant HR details. After we gave our 30 day notice, Debbie send us an aggressive e-mail letting us know she would stop all services and consider legal action if we didn't pay our last invoice the same day, which was Friday before a holiday weekend while we were still in the middle of our last month. This level of escalation was absolutely unnecessary because it was never an issue. We ended up double paying for that month and having to cancel original checks. When I reached out to Debbie asking her to talk about this, she ignored and never answered my e-mail. Very surprised by such low EQ of the owner of the HR company and would not recommend this business.
