I can't say enough good things about this company/software. Firstly, the customer service of the team is unparalleled - responses are lightning fast and software fixes are almost as fast! The application itself is also excellent. Its super easy to use, and produces the same type and quality of outputs that you'd expect from a certain drone photogrammetry software suite that is 5X the price. I used Drone Deploy, Pix4D, and DroneMapper simultaneously for almost 6 months as a sort of trial to see which one would serve me best, and I'm happy to say DroneMapper won out. Their customer service is ESPECIALLY refreshing if you have any experience dealing with cloud-processing services where, even as a paying customer, its virtually impossible to talk to a real human.

I have been flying drones professionally for years but still new to photogrammetry. I made extensive research and found DroneMapper to be one of the best price vs features software. Licensing structure makes it accessible to small business. The overall buying process goes smoothly as well as the installation on my PC. Being new to this type of elaborate software...I had to contact the support to get ...some newbee's assistance...I was pleased to have such a timely response...never took more than 10 minutes to get precise answers... I purchased the one year Rapid version but even after only 2 days working with it...I will surely go for the permanent licence...I will review the many features later, once I am more ...agile...with the photogrammetry as a whole!!!

This is without a doubt one of the best if not THE best software solutions available. The price is more than reasonable, it is incredibly easy to use and the functionality is amazing. If you need desktop mapping/imagery capabilities, Dronemapper should be be your only option. If your aren't sure, download the free version and give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. I am a licensed pilot and have been using Dronemapper almost exclusively for over a year and really don't feel the need to go anywhere else. Everything stays in house, just the way I like it.

Drone Mapper is one of the Best Imagery Processing Software I have ran across. It is extremely easy to use and the not very expensive. The customer service is also great. They will insure that you are successful with all projects.

Been using Dronemapper for several months now for NDVI processing, RGB mosaics and volumetric calculations. I found the software intuitive and feature rich, compared to some other products I have tried in the past. More importantly, the tech support I received from Pierre by telephone and email was second to none. Pierre was there to help me process some questionable images, producing excellent results. Highly recommended.

Dronemapper is a professional photogrammetry software that combines a detailed setting of workflow to a friendly and quickly processing, depending on the user needs. The whole is enriched by scientific documentation and a professional and rapid support, as well as a very advantageous price. It is so useful that after loading the drone images you can produce all outputs (e.g. preview, DEM and orthomosaic) with only one click command without further waste of human time to set intermediate processing steps. After 3 years use, I am completely satisfied with the software.
The new version 1.9.2 20210210 is still more oriented to emergency situation thanks setting the orthomosaic preview also with 2x and 4x native resolution, that joined to show the single image (photogram) from flight map on software, permits also to do a rapid analysis with photointerpretation over affected areas.
