I have used DRDA for a few years, each year hoping for improved service or level of care. This was finally the year that I became tired of waiting and have ended my dealings with them. I was just tired of the extensions, penalties and never knowing what my tax situation was. The unresponsiveness and exorbitant pricing was just too much to stomach any longer. I have found a new CPA firm that has shown me what top notch service looks like and at half the cost. As a business owner I cannot recommend DRDA and would caution others to look elsewhere as well. It won't get better.

Their level of incompetence is astounding. They mishandled nearly every return for 13 entities with zero accountability or remorse. Calls and requests go unanswered. The entire tax team should be fired from the ground up. Despite a recommendation from one of the best lawyers, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I do not recommend DRDA because they were exceptionally poor at communication--I could never tell if they were being proactively malicious in withholding concise, explicit directive or if they were simply ignorant / bad at accounting. It felt like every time we communicated (mainly via email), they would leave things out or drag their feet in sharing information. When I would ask for clarification, they would remind me that I was being billed to speak with them, as if it was a privilege. It wasn’t long before I simply stopped asking them questions, which obviously is not a sign of a good relationship. I do not recommend DRDA.

I am disappointed, frustrated, but honestly not really surprised by DRDA's response. It is clear that DRDA leadership is terribly out of touch with reality and doesn't really know what's going on in their firm.

I would give zero stars if I could.
