I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with the tax services of Ms. Erin Corcella. We did everything online through an app. This is my first experience doing this. I was looking for a good knowledgeable account and I have found one. Ms. Corcella walked me through the entire steps to file my taxes in a timely manner. She will also be available to answer any questions I have in the future. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I hadn't needed any assistance with our taxes since 2001. But this year was different. I had some unplanned income come in and was completely confused by the way my payout was. But Erin and Dragonfly asked all the right questions and helped me find all the documents to finally get us two completed, signed (digitally) returns. If I had a question, Erin would be up at 5AM responding by a secure email portal guiding us through. We even are getting some money back! This is a new style of accounting, Not sitting in an old office or shuffling papers around. We did it all from home, but with professional personalized guidance. I would recommend Dragonfly to anyone needing an Accountant.
