When my laptop started acting up, I was super stressed because the only alternative felt like sending it thousands of miles away in hopes that the manufacturer warranty would take care of it. But that was time I didn't have, and I truthfully didn't have hope in them. Then I contacted Dr. PC Repair, and it was the best decision possible. They worked with me as an individual, listening to my specific circumstances and were super accommodating. Super friendly, affordable, and the biggest thing for me was how simple it was to get such a stressful situation situated in a timely manner. Will definitely utilize Dr. PC Repair again!

Had him diagnose my computer last year it was a problem I could not fix by myself I was stumped he verified he could not get proper diagnosis on it and it would be cheaper to replace my cheap computer.I definitely knew at this point that was the case .He didn't charge me for the time he put into and found me a great windows 11 rebuilt computer and it has worked great since I got it.Recently had fan and battery issue and Iike always he took care of it in a timely manner and at a more than fair cost.Couldnt ask for better service !!!! Hard working man providing a great service! Thank you!
