Been living here close to five years and the properties gotten worse each year. Currently under new management and they don't seem to care. I warned them that the front gate would malfunction and instead of being proactive they waited for it to not function, and now being held open by a strap. This is supposed to be a gated community, but the back gate also remains open. We've had a number of break-ins over the years and not having secure gates is a contributing factor. The hot tub doesn't work and it's supposed to be open year around. As you can see in some of the photos, trash builds up and spills out on the ground and it's embarrassing to have company. Even fixing the door to the trash cans is a simple task that they seem unable to do and some remains wide open as well. Whenever the garbage men come to collect the trash, they leave the garbage cans pulled out and the container doors wide open and maintenance drives right past them and doesn't push them back in or close the doors in a timely manner. It causes traffic in the complex going both ways to cross into each other's lanes just to move over. Whenever it snows, they do not shovel in a timely manner and I'm talking about at least a day and a half after the snow fall, so conditions are slick and slippery and I have to end up shoveling my own walkway and putting salt down, so my guests don't hurt themselves. A lot of people are moving in that are bad and at any time you can hear someone screaming or some type of argument. Complained to management as well as maintenance folks in the past and I'm tired of getting blue in the face. Can't wait to move out of here. Did not want to write this review in a negative way but they left me no choice by ignoring me.

I have been here two years and Ever since they have been taken over from Greystar, the place has fallen apart. NO ONE answers the phones. I have been hung up on multiple times trying to call them for various things. The phone always says “no one is available right now” and the doors are always locked during business hours. The outside property is falling apart, the front gate has been broken for months now bunjee corded together which looks cheap and tacky and the back gate has never closed. (So much for paying for a gated community) The dumpster gates break constantly and take weeks to fix. The exterior of the complex is falling apart despite them painting and doing anew roof. Roofers leave trash and garbage everywhere nails are all over. Dog poop is rampant, they have a dog pickup service but they don’t seem to come anymore so poop is everywhere. Someone is leaving alcohol bottles all over the parking lot and glass and trash are left near the piles of furniture that get left behind. Maintenance needs more support, they can’t do it all. This place has good neighbors but if you need anything from the office don’t bother.

We had a wonderful experience living at Dove Valley! The leasing team, especially Sandra, Aranza, and Tanya (who, unfortunately, are no longer with the company), was always incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that residents felt comfortable and well taken care of. The maintenance team is also fantastic; they respond quickly and do an excellent job of keeping everything in working order.

I've been living here almost 7 months now and I can honestly say that I enjoy living here. The location is perfectly away from normal busyness, but also only like 10/15 minutes away from everything you need.
The apartments I viewed were nice, clean, and definitely taken care of. I constantly see maintenance people walking around, picking up random trash and I believe they all live on premises too. I haven't really needed to call maintenance, like at all, so I can't speak on that process. I can see that everyone who works here cares and has pride in this community.

The only thing I'm not so stoked about is the mandatory monthly $20 fee for trash valet, and I wish I could opt out. But overall I feel like I'm getting my money's worth for what I pay in rent.

All in all, I really do love it here and plan to live here for years to come!

We lived at the Dove Valley Apartments for almost 3 and 1/2 years, and couldn't be more thankful we got to work with Aranza at the office the whole time we lived there. She is informative, understanding, and caring for all of her tenants. We had our first baby from newborn-3years old at our apartment... and it was a great place to live! -- We moved because as we were able to find a rental home that had more space for our son and a backyard for our dogs..... Also, shoutout to the maintenance (Dominic & David) they were always prompt and had great communication when we needed them! - Thanks Dove Valley Team! <3

HONEST REVIEW! Just moved in a week ago and the staff is amazing! They are super flexible with everything and everyone. They were upfront about costs and even game me estimates on utilities. Community here is super nice people were greeting us and offering to lend a hand when I moved in. Amenities are such a big perk here. There were a few things my apartment needed and the maintenance for each of them showed up within 24 hours (for one of the tickets I put in they showed up in 2 hours) and were super respectful and explained to me everything.

Definitely choose the right place to live! If you are looking at this place I would very much push to consider it!

The entire Dove Valley team made such a seamless move-in experience for my roommate and I. The office staff went above and beyond to ensure our keys and folder were ready. When a problem arose, they were communicative and quick to offer solutions that worked for us! The maintenance team has been phenomenal. They have quickly addressed issues with efficiency and KINDNESS, both which go so far. The apartment was in beautiful condition upon move-in with modernized features that really help elevate the space and allow for personalization. Thank you, Dove Valley!

I honestly want to thank Mrs. Aranza Reyes for her high professionalism demonstrated this week when she helped us throughout the entire moving process for my family. The communication was great, her patience was spectacular, the apartments are excellent and in a very good location.
