I have called the office and left numerous messages with the secretary and different agents about multiple listings I am interested in and have not received a response. I have also inquired through listing on the website and have had no follow up. I have been in the process of looking for an apartment for weeks with no luck getting a hold of any one. Extremely frustrating!!

Last year I listed my apartment with Charles Brophy. It was a very unique apartment that had been fully renovated and had many expensive fixtures. I had literally put my life savings in that apartment and had lived there for the past 30 years. Charles Brophy was the most understanding, supportive, helpful, kind and effective broker I could have ever worked with. Because I needed to get my price (that was reasonable based upon the upgrades in the apartment) the apartment was on the market for a few months. As you know, whenever something is on the market for more than a month or so, people always recommend that you hire a different broker. No matter what anyone said I knew that Charles was working to get me the buyer I needed. The fact that it was taking a little longer than I hoped was my doing, plenty of people looked, but I needed the right buyer who was willing to pay my price. Every single weekend Charles was willing to do an open house. Charles keep me confident and in good spirits throughout! He is absolutly a pleasure to deal with in every way! Finally, as Charles told me would happen, the perfect buyers came along and bought the apartment for my price! And it was all because of Charles and his patience, kindness and professionalism. I needed a small custom studio and Jesse King really pulled through. He takes the time to listen to what you want. Through the whole process, I was kind of bothersome with questions but Jesse was always there to answer them. He's very professional and understanding to your needs. I now signed the lease and me and my fiancé couldn't be more excited.
