Rubber, that is Castle Rock's favorite material when It comes to zoning things. You need an extension on that cell tower behind your house or a 7-eleven in your backyard? Just erect the proposal and you got it! The community bicycle has more miles on her than you can count. In fact it's so easy to get an approval to build something in this town I got a brothel, cocaine, and waffle shop approved right next to a school and all that mattered was how much tax base I brought in!
