Terrible service came to have get a drug test. I came yesterday 10-19-24 hour early they told me the system was down . Today I called before coming to ask if I can get a drug test she said yes and nothing more so I came and when I went inside she said she can’t do it bc the copy machine isn’t working she wanted me to pay 60 dollar I was like no bc a job sent me and I said I called to ask and you said I could come in and she said well you didn’t ask. I said how am I used to know to ask about the copy machine is working or not that your job to tell me that why called to ask before hand. Second time I’m starting to think maybe she doesn’t want to help bc it’s the same person and I called before hand. 10-19-24

I have been going ro them for over 10 yrs and I have no complaints about them prices are cheaper than other places I been to and always come back

Be cautious when dealing with that place; the staff are rude and they scam people. I paid $60 for a test, and they tried to deceive me by telling me they needed another sample and that I would have to pay the amount again. When I requested to meet or contact the manager, the receptionist rudely claimed that she was in charge and there was no one else to complain to, and she refused to take my complaint.

I had a great experience getting my DOT physical. I was in a crunch for time and they were able to get me in quickly and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. My nurse was efficient, professional, and made me feel very comfortable 10 out of 10. This is my new go to spot for a DOT physical!!! Thanks again!!!!

This place is unprofessional it says its open Monday through Friday me and my wife showed up and there’s a paper stating that there closed because of a chemical leak how dumb do these people thing we are talking says open Monday through Friday get up and do your job please!!!
