We have used D.L. Minor for eight years as our property manager of three properties in Avalon, New Jersey.

I have recommended them on many occasions to other friends of mine who were looking for the same services.

They keep a great eye on things when we're not there. They are excellent in their communication. They are all terrific people and are very easy to work with. I can't imagine working with a better property management firm.

Not only is all that great, but with their construction side of the business, anything that pops up, they are able to handle it themselves or with one of their subcontractors depending what it is.

So it's seamless. And they deliver really great service.

I cannot recommend them more highly.

Don't go anywhere else! After a wonderful renovation experience, I turned to them for our Property Management and couldn't be happier. The ENTIRE office is so helpful. No job is too small or too big. They take care of it and fast!!! I couldn't maintain our home without them. Thanks a million DL Miner.
