Sent wrong hard drive and want to charge me 15% restocking fee! I have to pay for shipping! I DONT RECOMMEND! I got right drive from Amazon! I got what I paid for from this company $50 what else did I expect! I will not publish my government name on here or order number but I did purchase drive from this company! I will not give you the opportunity to send me another wrong drive again! I have the right 1 on installed and running fine! The wrong drive your company sold me is on its way to recycling bin at Best Buy! Not even worth it dealing with this company again for me! FYI unless you can actually pick it up from this company and see it with your eyes that it is what you want and need I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ordering online!THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 15% RESTOCKING FEE🤬 If I could I would give this company -5 stars! There’s no need to review it! I purchased the right from Amazon! You can not fix this! It’s at Best Buy getting recycled! The money already been payed on my credit card! The money I spent do what you already did! Keep it, plus 15% restocking fee🤣 enjoy! I’m not responding again! FYI I’m not a store but a customer your company just lost! I cannot express how much I appreciate Disc Tech and Val Trainor. I have purchased servers without disks because of how much the manufacturers want to charge for SSD. Val has always found me the right disk with 95% life still left at great prices. It is great to see green lights on my servers!

I purchased "New Pull" Hard Drives directly from DiscTech, they sent me used hard drives that had over 26,000 hours already on them. When I reached out to them, they told me if I wanted to get the "New Pull" drives I would have to purchase them at a price 50% more than what I originally purchased them for. They did offer a full refund if I sent the drives back to them, however; I had already installed them and spent 2 days formatting and transferring files. I asked for them to send me the “New Pull” drives so I could transfer directly to them, saving me 2 days of work. They would not send me the drives in advance, and didn’t even offer the “New Pull” drives at the price I originally paid. Classic Bait & Switch, I would look elsewhere for products

So Happy I discovered this place from another peers recommendation. Our IT company has been struggling to find a reliable and knowledgeable resource for our Dell Server disk needs (we oversee some 700+ Dell servers). Other companies in the third party Server Supply space have sucked (selling used sketchy stuff), and this is where DiscTech has been a breath of fresh air. On my first call in about a complicated SAN storage need, the person that answered the phone (Val at ext. 104) was super knowledgeable, willing to engage, and helped us find a solution. Great follow-up and the pricing was a fraction of what Dell is currently charging directly today. Parts arrived on schedule 2 days later. I rarely take time to do an online review, but Val earned it for DiscTech. Well done.
