Will and his team are fantastic!! I cannot express enough the level of professionalism and quality that they provide. As a local business owner myself, computer problems occasionally come up and cause a slow down in production, which in turn costs money. The Digital Solution is very quick to respond and get us back up and running. If you are looking for a professional that will not only sort out your computer issues, but also work with your phone, internet and even your merchant services providers to make sure you’re back up and running and all issues have been resolved, then you cannot ask for a better company to take care of you!!! I have had many stellar experiences with Will, before today, and I should have written a 5 star review each time. That is my bad. I have my office computer repaired twice and just now I have returned home with my 2012 Macbook Pro after having it "tuned up". (FYI it runs better than when I originally purchased it). For Apple my computer is "obsolete", so I brought it to Will and got a “brand new old” computer. I know there are Macbook Pro users out there who've had (or will have!) the same issues I was having, and will probably feel like their only option is to buy a new machine. DO NOT FEAR, friends! These guys will take care of you. In addition to addressing my original concerns, they also installed a solid state hard drive to improve performance, which I am SO SUPER grateful for because my computer feels brand new again. I CANNOT recommend these fine folks more highly. Seriously.

On top of all my personal computer repairs Will is phenomenal when it comes to making sure you aren’t a target of ransomware threats. He has the foresight to make sure everything is backed up daily/weekly/ monthly depending on your needs, you have multiple working copies, and have the ability to use a copy within minutes. Why pay a ransomware threat when your business can be safely covered and never have the headache of trying to figure out how to work with no data and pay to get your own data back. I say give him a shot.

These guys are so solid! I have found my tech guys... finally! I have had my personal and business computers serviced and maintained by Will for over a year now and every time, he has been prompt and thorough and respectful. He doesn't actually seem like a tech guy because he isn't a. socially inept b. rude and c. condescending to me just because I don't understand much of this stuff. Heck, I don't want to understand this stuff ... and now I don't have to! I have Will and the Digital Solution watching out for me in all things tech.
