My son’s phone stopped working…. we went to AT&T and the Apple Store and they could not tell me for sure what was wrong. Went over to Digital Doctor and they had the phone fixed in 15 minutes. Honestly - super nice guys. Quick & affordable. We will def be back next time we have a phone issue.

Everybody at digital doctor was extremely helpful and attentive when it came to finding a new phone for myself. I was asked exactly what I was looking for and they were able to accommodate and get that within a day.
The pick up process of getting my phone as well as syncing and transferred the Necessary Information from my previous phone was handled Right on the spot and was done Quickly. They were also very helpful with getting me situated With everything I needed, including a charger, case, and a Dongle for my IPhone.
I’ve also used them in the past to get a iPhone battery replacement done and they were very affordable and fast with the process.

Great experience! Customer service was great, smelled nice, and cool looking inside. I walked in with my own glass cover and within seconds my phone glass cover looked brand new! For free! Great guy there. Wished I got his name. Thank you!!

Do not recommend working with this business. Extremely poor customer service - never received phone calls after dropping off my computer over the course of 3 weeks and in the end after I called them to follow up I was told to come get my laptop. Then the owner posts a reply to my negative review that is not true - other than I most definitely was frustrated with being told repeatedly things that did not occur (such as receiving phone calls - I never received a single one regardless of what your logs said - why would I lie about that?), took my laptop after confirming it was put back the way I brought it in (as the owner states, this is true), and walked out. Again, a poor experience and there are better computer service repair operations in the local area. Good luck with your business, but you have lost mine.

This past week I brought my almost new I Pad Pro in as the screen was cracked. I was quoted a reasonable price and decided to take a chance as the 3 tech people working there were very professional and up front about the cost . All seemed well but the new screen had a manufacturing defect after I started to use it at home . I returned to the store .. the repair was covered and the next day the new screen was received in the morning and by noon my I Pad was in perfect operating condition 👌.
Digital Doctor stands behind their repairs immediately to customer satisfaction.

This has been a long time in the making, that I should of left a review. Saying they are Amazing is an under statement, they are above and beyond! They are extremely amazing! My old Iphone was cracked front and back, horrible horrible shape, would be considered garbage. They fixed it!!! They were so good, extremely knowlegable, efficient, patient, fast, and also a great great price! I'm still amazed and shocked, and this was over 8 months ago they did it! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! I sent in my iPhone 14 Pro after it stopped working completely—it had gone to a green screen and wouldn’t respond. I was nervous about sending my phone to someone I found online, but the experience was seamless. He replaced the screen quickly, at an incredibly affordable price, and my phone now works perfectly!

The entire process was smooth, safe, and fast. If I ever need another repair, I won’t hesitate to go to him again. Thank you for such excellent service!

Second time I have brought my iPad to them for a problem that I created. Both times the fix was super quick, and the price was very reasonable! I am very grateful to them! I also noticed that there is an ambulance – looking vehicle in their parking lot with their logo on it. They told me that they had plans to Expand their services to LBI with that vehicle.
