Excellent customer service! The building and the offices look very well maintained, very clean, well lit, very modern!

The front ladies at the check in counter are super nice, very friendly, very welcoming and kind.

We came for a colonoscopy consultation and as we walked in the nurses seemed very knowledgeable about the procedure.

The quality of service and care was very high. We asked tons of questions, and they answered every single one. We are very satisfied with all the information and it gave us some peace before the actual procedure!

Changing insurance policies commanded a new provider for my ulcer treatment. My first appointment was easily scheduled and close to home. The office was beautiful and had plenty of good parking.
My visit with Dr. Vanna Wu was complete and professional. She knew her business well and confidently provided me with a great care plan and made sure my prescriptions were updated and available.

Dr. Lee and his staff are completely unprofessional. I had an H. pylori test done at LabQuest over a month ago and still haven’t received the results. When I contacted the office, they claimed they called me twice. I asked why no voicemail was left if they supposedly called, and they said, “We were not able to.” That’s a straight-up lie. I requested the results on 3/14, and they told me they couldn’t email them—only mail them. What a joke. Then, they told me the doctor would call to discuss the results, but I waited all day and no call came. I’m eager to hear the next excuse on Monday. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional for a doctor’s office.

Dr. Bemanian and their team provided excellent care during my endoscopy. Everything was well-organized, timely, and professional. The staff was attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend their services.

This place SUCKS!!!! I went to the mandatory appointment and after about an hour, they said that they take my insurance and everything looks good. This was in October. Then at that appointment they said that they didn't have another appointment available at the time I wanted for the rest of the year and they would check in about a month and call me. They did call me and we set up an appointment for late January. That was the next appointment I could get. Then on 12/11/24 they call me and send me an email saying that none of their Doctor's take my insurance and I would have to find someone else. Why couldn't they say that in October instead of wasting my time? Now I still have to find another place to go to get my procedure done. I DO NOT recommend this company who seems like they do not know what they are doing!!!!!

I was very happy with the care I received at Hoag. Dr. Choi and all the staff were professional and caring. I did not experience the problems that I have had with other providers. The anesthesia was spot on. I was pain free, comfortable and was ready to go after the procedure. I am very happy with my experience and I recommend them highly.

I’m a newer patient and this is what I’ve found so far.
They’re very busy so it’s challenging to get an appointment in a timely manner at the location you desire, so you may have to go to a different location. The PA I’ve seen is professional, very nice, patient and willing to listen. I haven’t felt rushed. It’s difficult to see an actual doctor because they’re always busy doing procedures.
