Diaspark is an awful company. One of the packages is a personalized progran designed to work with your business. In all reality, it is personalized for Diaspark, not for your company at all. We requested a minor addition be added to the personalized program. I was met with push back and excuses about why it will give us trouble. Our company has been running a soft version of our program for almost 1½ years. Yes YEARS. This is partially due to issues that arise regularly with our "USE" of the soft copy. This is how we are running a business. The accuracy of our data/product/inventory count/client information is slim to none. Getting this fixed is a nightmare. Dealing with Diaspark is like dealing with an adolescent who still plays the blame game. I have many emails where i am being blamed for the program not working properly. The company doesn't do any data transferring even though it is in the contract. The solution to any issue is to just do it a different way. For example, if a field has a space in the data it will not upload it the response was to put all the data onto a separate spreadsheet then upload it. The program has not benefited our company at all. Our productivity has been reduced to half, it takes more time than it did when we were using paper receipts and Google Sheets to imput our sales. The worst part of this company though is that the higher ups are sexist and treat woman with much disrespect. The way I've been spoken to as well as in email should embarrass them. This company is not transparent, not professional and the software doesn't increase productivity or give accurate data.
This company is a SCAM, A FRAUD, A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND COMPUTER. MEMORY.
To sum it up, Diaspark is garbage, steer clear and keep your sanity.
