This IT company is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. They are prompt, professional, and extremely competent. They’re willing to give you extra assistance, and not try to just squeeze extra money out of you like other companies I’ve worked with. Desert IT is always on top of it for me. Today, I sent in a ticket and Justin responded. He is so detailed. Not only do I know the resolution, he detailed the cause so in the future, we better know how to communicate with them so expedite resolutions. DIT has been wonderful to work with. I almost always get same day response on all my requests and everything gets resolved efficiently. There is always a thorough work through on all my issues and never need to ask to have something redone because it wasn’t done right the first time.
