The reception girls very helpful with questions & friendly when I arrived ~ hardly no wait at all. The tech took xrays very nice as well. The doctor was also really nice answered my questions definitely give them a try . 😊

I’ve been taking my children there for years. I’ve always been happy with their experiences. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating when it comes to making and or breaking appointments. Sorry, I can’t name the hygienist. I have been taking the kids who are mostly grown now for many years and there have been many different ones.
I have recently become a patient myself, and after many years of professional neglect, I have been getting five star treatment from Liz, who has been very helpful and more importantly, painless.

To start the office was extremely crowded. There’s no privacy when they place you in a chair. The biggest issue I had here was not only the wait time but the lack of communication. When I booked my appointment I booked for a routine cleaning. Being a new patient I knew that they were most likely going to do X-rays first. My appointment was at 10 the dentist didn’t come over to me until almost 11:30 all I had done were my X-rays. Just for them to tell me I’m not on the schedule to see the dental hygienist. Which was the soul purpose for my visit. They offered for me to wait however it was not in my personal schedule to sit around and wait for everyone else to be finished. I’ve been a new patient at many dentist office and I have always gotten my cleaning in the done during the appointment. They thought I was young and didn’t know how things worked which is far from the case. If their office had different policies all they had to do was contact me and inform me that I wouldn’t be getting a cleaning the same day. I would have canceled the appointment and went with an office that would do everything in the same sitting. They completely wasted my time.

The dental hygienist Candance worked on cleaning my teeth and I don’t feel like she did a thorough job. Usually, I feel a big difference after a cleaning within my teeth just like I feel a difference in my teeth after flossing. I did not feel any difference after her cleaning and she spent a short period of time cleaning my teeth. I don’t think I’ll return to this dental office. I also noticed that a lot of people were being told they needed crowns when I waited in the waiting room and when I went to see the dentist, I was also told I needed a crown. So I’m going to get a second opinion. This is my first dental experience in the area but I was not too pleased with my experience honestly.
