Deluge is part of Delaney Computer Services who also handles some of our IT Services like Office 365 and Network security. DCS handles our IT support. Deluge was hired to handle our web design / marketing because our previous website designer took way too long to get back to us when we needed changes, and charged exhorbitant fees to make the smallest changes.
