Used many lawyers. By far the worst. Took 3 years to get a court dates to get my son back and another lawyer less than 3 months to get me a single parent adoption. He doesn't return calls or make your case a priority. It's all on his time and no care for what you are going through. Not even a care for what the child is suffering through. My son almost took his life begging to get out of that house. I'd never use him again. My son was left in a burning trailer alone at age of 10 and still Matt did nothing. I had to call repeatedly to try to get dates and my son back. Again the bar failed by passing this one. His job is his job and not a pick and choose case. A child should be a priority.
Also, his secretary needs a lesson in phone etiquette and how to be polite. She must hate her job... such unprofessionalism and disgrace for a lawyer system but what do you expect in a small town.

Mathew is wonderful. He has been my attorney for 8 years now and I wouldn't trade him. He has never steered me wrong, is so smart, and is honestly a great man. He never fails me, gets the job done when I'm there, and I know everything I need to know before I step out his door.

Good lawyers, dont get me wrong... but they are hard to get ahold of. Hard to get a call back... and when something gets done for you and its done wrong, you cant get them to fix it. Ive been trying to get Matt to fix something he messed up for almost 3 years and havent gotten a call back.
So if you want a run around, and no calls back, call them!
