Wow! I needed a cable for my DJ setup and speakers last minute. No where in town had it. Not even this place….but the guy working made one for me! (So sorry for not getting your name!) so happy I came here!

Rude! Bad customer service! More interested in texting on his phone then he was at helping to answer questions and never bothered to show me any products. I had cash in hand ready to schedule an appointment but wouldn't show me a thing. I really don't know how they are still in business. I'll take my money and go to Phoenix I'm sure I'll find somewhere that will show me products and do the work requested.

Frank upgraded my 2011 Juke stereo with a Pioneer Sirius, CD HD radio with back up camera. It's like driving a new car. Pioneer sounds awesome. Love it.

Frank, the owner, has three decades worth of experience with auto audio which was the deciding factor for me. His installation of my dash cam is all I wanted it to be : placed properly and the wires between the front and rear cams are completely hidden. I recommend.

This place Has the worst customer service in the whole Yavapi County. It’s a shame that the Verde Valley has no other option than this place. I would rather drive 80 miles down to Phoenix than to support this spot.

Have used Decibels on several occasions, new sound system, 4 new speakers. They have always done an out standing job. Top of the line equipment and service. Never ever had to go back for a squeek or anything. Glad we have this company in town. If you like good sound,, this is the place.. Thanks Frank and staff
